1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of high demand or stock issues, processing may take a little longer. We will inform you if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.
Approximate delivery windows:

  • Inside Nepal: 1–4 business days

  • Nearby cities/towns: 1–3 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–5 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Sometimes we may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS (if available).

  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or through their support team.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address, phone number, and details are correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Customer not available at delivery time

  • Courier delays caused by incorrect details

If a package returns because of an incorrect address, the customer must pay the reshipping fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order details.

  • We will help you with a replacement or resolution.

If the courier loses your package, we will follow up with them. Replacement or refund will be processed based on the courier’s investigation outcome.

7. International Shipping

If you plan to ship internationally in the future, a separate policy can be added.
Currently, international service may not be available unless specified on the product page.

We use trusted courier services inside Nepal for safe delivery.
Actual courier partner may vary depending on your location.
